The flat-bottom bag kraft paper brown with zipper combines sustainable packaging design with high functionality. The aluminium-free multi-layer structure of kraft paper, BOPA and PE provides a high barrier against moisture, oxygen and outside influences – protecting your product reliably without any aluminium content.
The high-quality, pre-opened zipper (pressure closure) makes the bag resealable as often as needed, allowing portion-by-portion use without any loss of quality. Thanks to the flat bottom, side gussets and rounded corners, the bag stands securely on the shelf while giving your product a modern, premium look.

Processing & Handling
The bag runs on standard filling lines as well as by hand. Once filled, the pre-opened zipper provides an instantly usable reseal, while the additional heat-sealability allows for a permanently tight first seal – suitable for both production and retail use.
In everyday use, the tear notches on both sides allow for clean first opening without any tools, after which the zipper remains reusable as often as needed. This valve-free version is not suitable for degassing products such as freshly roasted coffee – for that, the valve version is available (see comparison below).

Not for degassing coffee – Europe-Pack offers a valve version for that purpose. For tea, spices, nuts and other dry goods without gas release, this bag is an excellent fit.
