Quad Seal coffee bags with valve in five colors, plus large-format K-seal bags for bulk coffee and industrial fills. The 4-corner sealing keeps every bag standing upright and prevents seam failure under weight – from a small 250 g pack up to a 5 kg bulk fill.
This category covers two distinct product lines: the classic Quad Seal coffee bags with aroma-protection valve in five color variants, aimed at coffee roasters and retail, and large-format silver bags with K-seal construction for wholesalers and industrial filling. Both lines offer a high barrier against moisture, oxygen and UV light.
Two product lines for different needs
The Quad Seal category covers two technically different bag families – which one fits depends mainly on your fill volume.
Processing & handling
Both product lines can be processed safely on standard filling equipment. After filling, the bag is sealed across the top; the 4-corner or K-seal construction keeps the bag standing upright and prevents the seams from tearing under the weight of the contents.
The aroma protection valve on the coffee bag line is factory-fitted and needs no extra assembly. Before placing large orders, please check compatibility with your existing filling line, especially for the large-format K-seal bags.

All five color variants of the coffee bag line differ only in color, not in material, valve or sizes: matte black, matte silver, matte gold, matte red and matte white. For larger fill volumes, the silver bulk line is available without valve as Quad Seal with K-seal silver and with valve as Quad Bags with valve and K-seal silver.
